I think what he meant on that pharse is that what we made is to help us on duties we couln’t do. What we make will help us on that promble. That also help to complete other prombles.

I’m not sure what this means but i think it means that us as people create different things that we tend to find interesting. Sometimes those things are not for the best in the long run. For example technology just like others say, technology in the future will probably control people. I think that one day someone is going to create something more intelligent than it should be and might start telling us what to do, which makes are tools shape us. ^-^

I think that the quote means that our tools we create can totaly change usin the inside as well as the outside .But i think that marshall also mean that they could be harmless or they could be even fatal or in some cases death if not taken seriously.
